Phone Sessions

In the event you are unable to physically come to my office but would like to have a session, I can do a session over the phone.  While this format is useful when you have to be out of town or are unable to get safe transport due to bad weather, it is still preferable to have our sessions in person as long as it is safe and reasonable to do so.

If you need to do a phone session, keep the following in mind:

• prepare to be in a place that will be as undisturbed as possible
• if you are using your cell phone, make sure you are in a place your phone gets good service
• if you plan to use your cell phone, make sure you have enough charge to last close to an hour
• please remember that distracting noises are amplified through your phone, so it's good to avoid eating, rustling paper, exposure to traffic, lawn mowers, barking dogs, etc.
• please plan to pay for your session with your credit or debit card and have it ready at the end of session
